Rennaldburn art house
painting by Fergus Hall,
poem by Julie MacLeod
You're very welcome to visit this tranquil 17th century art house, built by
Thomas Telford under the guidance of a master mason, when he was a
barefoot teenager with such a good nature he was known as Laughing Tam.

Rennaldburn, nestled into verdant southern Scottish hills overlooking the White Esk river a couple of miles
South of Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist
Centre in Eskdalemuir, also happens to be my home.
And, as well as having its own waterfall running through a magical wooded
ravine, it doubles up as a holiday let, so it can be your home-from-home too.
