A fused glass inclusion of Pilea Peperomioides, a plant first found in 1906 in the Tsangshan range in Western Yunnan.
After this, Pilea had a curious and action-packed story of its move to the Western world, becoming popular as a houseplant by friends gifting it to one another in an underground way, leading it to be referred to as the pass-it-on plant...all the while being virtually unknown to scientists, who had not yet seen a living flowering female Pilea.
